Can I rent a boat in Amsterdam during covid?

Yes! You can rent a boat in Amsterdam at the moment. We are open. There are no additional measures that apply.

Amsterdam boating discount 

We have a temporary Super Deal! You get €20 discount on 2 hours boat rental in Amsterdam. The discount is only valid on weekdays from Monday to Friday. You don’t have to do anything for this. The discount will automatically be deducted when you rent a boat.

Green boat: 2 hours boat rental during the week from €90 for €70
Blue boat: 2 hours boat rental during the week from €100 for €80

Canal Motorboats can be found at Zandhoek 22, 1013 KT Amsterdam. Our boats are located in the Westerdok, less than a 15-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station or 5 minutes by bus 48, stop Barendszplein. There is also plenty of parking space nearby if you come by car or bicycle. There are several parking garages within walking distance where you can park.

We have 2 different boats to choose from. The blue boat and the green boat. Both boats have a different price. Take a look at our boat rates.

The departure location is at Zandhoek 22 1013 KT Amsterdam.This is near the famous Prinsengracht. It is within walking distance from Central Station and easily accessibel by bus, bike and car. You will find a route description for more information.

We are open all year round. These are our opening hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 11:00 - 19:00
  • Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 - 20:00
